Located in Herne Hill, this project was a sensitive replacement home that drew upon the 30s Mock Tudor & modernists properties on the street
In it, a pair of perforated brick panels connect the considered interiors with its garden.

Our clients wanted to future proof their lives by creating a low energy home in the heart of London. The final proposals developed through conversations with our clients around the vision for their lifestyle in their new home.

The exterior was a sensitive response to the context that married the tiles and the brick.

The generous social spaces orientate themselves to the west of the property with 2 generous light wells

A minimal palette of polished concrete and dark oiled oak creates a calm backdrop for our clients daily lives.
