Variant Office were invited to develop a proposal for a side space in Bromley. The proposal envisioned a new end of terrace unit with flats. The scheme would contain a two and a three-bed unit, with a garage replacement two-bed unit.

The main block picks up on the proportions and elements of the existing terrace whilst responding to its prominent corner location. The garage replacement is appropriately subservient in scale thus not dominating the existing terrace on Chesham road.
